The Urban Community of Grand Paris Seine Ouest is made of seven towns: Boulogne-Billancourt, Chaville, Issy-les-Moulineaux, Meudon, Sèvres, Vanves and Ville d'Avray (300,000 inhabitants).
As an urban community, Grand Paris Seine Ouest aims at providing better public utilities. The Urban Community deals with :
